It's exciting to be a key part of a progressive, leading edge practice. It's one of my jobs to make sure that you're comfortable being here and feel welcomed. We know the technology can be overwhelming for some patients.

I am a native of Miami Florida.  I have two children both boys.  I started in the medical field at a Cardiology, Urology Surgical practice and then worked in the field of Pediactrics in Miami assisting doctors with the medical care of their patients. Prior to working with Dr. Kaufman I worked at a large Optimetric practice in Delray Beach, for 4 1/2 years.  I joined Kaufman Eyecare Center in October of 2007.  I spend my free time with my family and with whatever time I have left after that, I enjoy writing stories and reading a good book.

Grace brings to Kaufman Eyecare a wealth of knowledge having worked in the optical field for twenty eight years.  She has been with our practice for over ten years.  She was born and raised in Boynton Beach Florida.

Grace has worked for large optical chains, department stores and private practices. She fell that private practies allows you to provide the best in personal care.  She is very personable, and at the end of the day the patients leave the office with a content and secure feeling. The staff at Kaufman Eyecare has nicknamed Grace  the "mother hen" 

When she is not at Kaufman eyecare, her hobbies are sewing, making  jewlery, doing most crafts, cooking and spending her time with her 2 boys and husband.  Her outgoing personality will make you feel right at home. 

Joyce brings to our office over 40 years of experience in the optical field. Joyce is from Delaware.  She has been with Kaufman Eyecare for eight years.  Her years of experience and knowledge make all of our jobs easier.  With her warm and friendly personality, she will make you feel right "at home" while guiding you through your eyewear purchase.

With her free time she enjoys going to the beach and riding on a Harley Davidson motorcycle with her husband. 

Maryanna has been working with Dr. Kaufman for over 20 years. She is very knowledgeable in all phases of the optical field from fabrication, to merchandising and frame dispensing. She also acts as an optical consultant to the practice and advises us on our fashion eyewear purchasing and unique products.  Her eye for the latest in fashion eyewear trends along with her eye catching displays in the office make her a valuable asset to the practice.

Larry has been working with Dr. Kaufman for the last nine years. Larry has over 40 years of experience in all phases of the optical field. He is originally from Detroit Michigan where he was the general manager of a large optical company; also if  you want to know anything about Detroit Michigan just ask him.  He really enjoys talking about his home town.  

Larry's unique personality combined with his extensive optical experience and technical knowledge is valuable to Kaufman Eyecare.  At our office we like to refer to larry as a "consultant/problem solver with our computer needs".  That is of course an inside joke we have with larry.

With his spare time he enjoys sporting events such as attending a Miami Dolphins game with Dr. Kaufman  and does some traveling with his wife.

She had a special way that warmed the hearts of everyone who knew her and the qualities that made her the wonderful person she was.  She has left us all with many beautiful memories.

We love and miss you.
